Connect and grow with a community of Mothers, as we host discussions all about the ups and downs of lactation and breastfeeding! Join in a circle of breastfeeding and pumping Moms, and learn tips and wisdom for all of the different stages. Bring your own questions and concerns to an understanding group, and receive peer information, support and guidance from our experienced facilitators.
Our circles usually begin with a brief mindfulness exercise, followed by facilitated conversation and some discussion points. We invite you to bring your questions and concerns, and a non-judgmental attitude (towards yourselves and others). We are delighted to host your babies in-arms, crawlers and early walkers… thank you for pre-arranging childcare for your bigger kids.

Mother Tree Circles
